One of her major contributions is putting Malaysia at the forefront of the Islamic money market, and with many policies carefully planned and executed; Malaysia now has a numerous number of Islamic investors, both in and out of the country, thanks to her idea. It can be state that she was the figure that introduced Islamic banking in Malaysia .During the serious economic crisis that attack Asia during 1998(http://www.wharton.upenn.edu/125anniversaryissue/aziz.html), Dato has come as a saviour to the problem by pulling out a brilliant idea that save Asia and mostly Malaysia from being  into the crisis for a long time.
